The Ask CRED rewards users for one of the greatest feats of modern adulthood—paying one's credit card bills on time. But in order to stand out from the crowd, they needed a way to let their consumers know that they're not a regular fintech company. They're a cool fintech company. The Solution We revamped their Instagram presence with the launch of CRED GIFs—a content property designed to engage Gen Z and Millennials through shared themes of relatability and nostalgia. Instead of limiting ourselves to finance-focused content, we tapped into pop culture and trending conversations, helping CRED carve out a unique space in social media.
