The Ask L’Occitane is often viewed as a brand for older women as younger audiences struggle to find it relatable. A case study found that a lot of younger women would refer to it as old-fashioned. The Solution We use an old-school French aesthetic to redefine what an “old lady” brand means. By showing how L’Occitane can transport you to France itself, we establish a brand image that is cool, luxurious and chic.
